How to grow a Magnolia

I AM so grateful to previous owners of our garden who planted key shrubs and trees like the witch hazel, variegated holly Ilex x altaclerensis ‘Lawsoniana’ and Magnolia x loebneri.

They were good choices and perfectly positioned to reach maturity. Over the years we have tried to keep up the good work and plan to add another magnolia.
