Never one to miss the chance to challenge the Strictly Come Dancing judges, Brendan Cole is just as tough on himself, as Georgina Blaskey finds out ahead of his visit to Norwich
IF YOU THOUGHT the Strictly sparkle had gone for good now it’s the new year, you couldn’t be more wrong. One of the original stars of the series, Brendan Cole, launches his nationwide tour this month and we couldn’t think of a better way to get through winter. Brendan’s show, All Night Long, is back following a hugely successful and critically acclaimed run last year and tours until April.
Produced and hosted by Brendan himself in an easy chat-show style, the evening takes the audience on a journey of dance, music, comedy, passion, intimacy and all things ballroom. From Latin fever to foxtrot magic, tantalising tango to powerful paso doble, Brendan has choreographed all your favourites. “I’ve always been choreographing and, therefore, I’ve always been producing, so creating the show is what I’ve always done, but just on a larger scale,” explains Brendan. “Each year I want to make it bigger and better, and I believe I have one of the best Strictly shows out there because of the content and level of detail.”
