In a cowardly act of betrayal, insiders say former President Bill Clinton is negotiating a secret plea pact that would send his wife Hillary to prison — while he walks away scot-free!

GLOBE has learned FBI investigators and Justice Department prosecutors will rely on the 70-year-old serial cheater for bombshell evidence that Hillary used the Clinton Foundation as a personal slush fund and betrayed America by sending top secret information on her private computer while serving as Barack Obama’s secretary of state.
