Kinky 93-lb. rocker’s hush-hush AIDS horror as family scraps over his $53 million fortune

Chuck Berry Autopsy Bombshell!

ROCK icon Chuck Berry’s burial without an autopsy has triggered the scandalous suspicion the sex-crazed Maybellene singer died of AIDS — and his kin wanted to hush up the shame to preserve the future millions his song catalog is sure to earn.

“He lived a reckless life sexually,” says a source. “There’s a strong belief that’s what killed him.”

But sources say Berry’s kin worried the rocker had the disease — and ordered his April 9 burial without an autopsy.

While the 90-year-old singer reportedly died of a heart attack on March 18, the 6-foot-1 star, who had weighed 172 pounds, had melted to a mere 93 pounds when he died, sparking the AIDS buzz.

“The family really closed ranks when Chuck’s health began to deteriorate these past few years. It’s been suspected he might have contracted AIDS,” says an insider. “But they wanted his secrets buried with his body.”
