The 58-year-old Don Juan faces a maximum three years in a federal slammer for donning the uniform, chartering a helicopter and ordering the pilot to land on a field at the SAS Institute’s corporate complex in North Carolina, say federal agents.
Once there, the Raleigh resident, who was born in Chile, stepped out of the candy-apple red chopper and was met by stunned security guards.
