Mohr, 46, claims the former Las Vegas star, 38, has a “serious” drug problem and mental health issues — and isn’t fit to be alone with their son Meredith, 5.
New court documents filed March 10 reveal Mohr — who filed for divorce in December after nine years of marriage — has requested sole physical custody of Meredith.
