Phyllis Brasch Librach, President & Founder of Sydney’s Closet is just that, a real-life Fairy Godmother to all the plus size women who want to look beautiful the day of their special occasion and she is there to make sure their dreams come true. In the beginning, Phyllis was just a mother anxious to wipe away her teen-age daughter’s tears. Her teenage daughter cried when she failed to find a plus-size prom dress. It broke her heart and made her very mad! In a world where thin is in, she found it unfair that millions of teens and women like her daughter were fashion-starved for dressy plus size dresses to wear to life’s most important celebrations.

When it comes time for once in a lifetime nights full-figured women don’t want to hide their curvy figure, they want to rock and embrace their curves! They should be able to find a dress for a special occasion that makes them look and feel as glamorous as a movie star for her red-carpet moment!
