Recent photos of the often boozed-up former pop tart show unmistakable evidence of a baby bump, according to inside sources and medical professionals.

Giddy Jess, 36, did little to hide her bloated belly at a friend’s May 13 wedding in Palm Springs with husband Eric Johnson.

“She certainly looks at least three months along,” said New York City internist Dr. Stuart Fischer, who has not treated Jessica.
