“She misses him,” said Betty Russell’s sister, Mary Ann Lanier. “He doesn’t write. I’m sure he’s busy, but I don’t know why he doesn’t stay in contact with his grandmother.
“He used to send her flowers every month and call her once in a while, but not anymore.”
The Rose Manor Nursing Center in Shawnee, Okla. — where Betty has lived for the past eight years — has been cited by authorities for not taking proper care of its residents!
