CLAWS are out! “Today” show tanker Megyn Kelly’s lack of support for NBC News icon Tom Brokaw in the light of sexual harassment allegations has launched a network civil war!

“Tom is treated like a god in the news division, and when Megyn publicly questioned a petition of support for him, she made a LOT of enemies!” a network source spilled.

Megyn, the unpopular and ratings challenged anchor, took on Tom on the “Today” show April 30, saying: “I will say that the same thing did happen at FOX. And the truth is, you don’t know what you don’t know.”

Her comments turned a large and powerful contingent of Tom supporters against her — many lobbying to replace her with Rachel Maddow, the news division’s “golden girl.”
