Chris Hemsworth,35, and Chris Evans, 37, share far more than a first name synonymous with hand some superheroes. The Chrises just finished their fifth movie together, Avengers: Endgame, which flies into theaters April 26. Their years playing Thor (Chris H.) and Captain America (Chris E.) have made them household names and such close pals that they can’t get through a People interview without cracking up. Here’s how they make superhero-dom and friendship mix. Do remember when you first met?

CHRIS HEMSWORTH We were just talking about this. I think it was in a club in New York. You’d just done your movie, I was training for Thor and someone introduced us. We got home about 7 the next morning. Had a good ol’ time.

CHRIS EVANS That sounds about right. I’d be hard-pressed to remember the details.

So you got along right away?

HEMSWORTH Oh yeah. We were like, “Cool, working together will be easy then.”
