Rival gangs of corrupt cops vie for supremacy in a gritty drama
If you enjoyed The Shield or The Wire, you’ll want to catch this hardhitting new drama set in the corrupt world of rogue US police gangs.
Ten-part drama The Oath follows rival gangs of LAPD cops who secretly operate outside the law.
Sean Bean plays Tom Hammond, the imprisoned patriarch of a gang of cops called the Ravens who are now led by his son Steve (True Blood star Ryan Kwanten). We first meet the Ravens as they pull off a masked bank raid before they return to the scene to seemingly investigate the crime.
But when the gang is discovered by the FBI, they are forced into working with undercover agent Damon Byrd (Arlen Escarpeta) to help bring down a bigger criminal cop syndicate in exchange for their freedom. Here, Bean reveals what’s in store…
