In a world of political uncertainty and Brexit chaos, one thing’s for sure – Strictly Come Dancing will continue to bring plenty of glitter and glamour into our lives.
Tess Daly, Claudia Winkleman and all four judges are back this week for the new series, including last year’s popular replacement for Len Goodman, head judge Shirley Ballas, and there are three new dazzling professional dancers.
However, while most fans are thrilled to return to the ballroom, some viewers have been left underwhelmed by this year’s line-up of celebrity hoofers, which ranges from cricketer Graeme Swann to YouTube star Joe Sugg.
