If the new season of The Mandalorian has whetted your appetite for all things Star Wars, you might want to try this new animated Yuletide adventure.

Debuting on Disney+ this week, LEGO Star Wars Holiday Special sees plastic brick versions of our Rebel heroes embark on an adventure featuring iconic heroes and villains from the Star Wars universe.

‘Combining Star Wars with Lego gives you license to be a little more playful and comedic,’ says executive producer Josh Rimes. ‘It’s a celebration of the saga. It’s really hilarious what’s going to happen.’

The action takes place after the events of 2019’s Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, and the story begins with Rey, Finn, Poe, Chewie, Rose and the droids getting ready to celebrate Life Day, a joyous feast on Chewie’s home planet of Kashyyyk.
