Stand-up comedian turned chat show host John Bishop is back in his comfy chair this week when he interviews Professor Green in the first of a new series of intimate chats on W.
This year’s line-up of guests also includes Paddy McGuinness, Cuba Gooding Jr, Ruth Jones and Gabby Logan. Here, he shares his thoughts about the new series…
The point of the show is not to make the guests emotional or cry... But I suppose in some respects we are actually creating an environment where there is a safe space to talk. I’m not a counsellor but the way the show has evolved means there has definitely been a number of people who have come on the show to talk about personal things.
