Bear Grylls pushes two-time Olympic boxing champion Nicola Adams to her physical and mental limits in his new survival special, Bear & Nicola Adams’ Wild Adventure.
The pair head to the harsh and gruelling terrain of Dartmoor in wintertime. Adams, 38, has to overcome her fear of heights to make a rugged ascent before abseiling down a 150ft cliff in a fierce storm.
Later, as the rain continues to pour down, Grylls shows Adams how to cook an egg with hand sanitiser and a match, while the boxer opens up about her tough childhood.
