Chris ODowd and Ray Romanoreturn as Hollywood movie-makers caught up with the Mob
NEW COMEDY DRAMA
Get Shorty
Thursday, Sky Atlantic Hd, 9pm
On-screen chemistry is an important factor for any show and Get Shorty, starring Chris O’Dowd and Ray Romano, has it in spades.
‘Ray has been a lovely guy to work with,’ enthuses O’Dowd. ‘He’s affably neurotic, but a gentleman as well. His voice is so lovely to my ear, like a dog slowly waking up.’
Series one followed unfulfilled Miles Daly (O’Dowd), who approached washed-up producer Rick Moreweather (Romano) proposing they make a movie.
