The Other One
Fri, 9.30pm (times vary), BBC1 (box set, BBC iPlayer)
The first series of BBC1’s darkly comic The Other One followed chalk-and-cheese siblings Catherine ‘Cathy’ Walcott and Catherine ‘Cat’ Walcott, who met each other for the first time after their father Colin dropped dead.
With the duo having just got used to one another, and the fact that they were given the same name, the series ended on a cliffhanger when they unwittingly met their long-lost brother Callum – and Cathy snogged him.
