Stressed-out Jimmy kisses Mandy as he stands trial for Paul’s death
Guilty conscience

After a nervous wait, D-Day finally arrives for Jimmy King, who’s forced to don his suit and tie and head to court to face the music over the death of no-mark gambler Paul Ashdale, who met his maker when Jimmy’s truck plowed into the Dingle barn in April.

His wife Nicola is desperate to support her estranged hubby, but unsurprisingly it’s not Nico who Jimmy finds comfort in, but his ‘rock’ Mandy Dingle.

The businessman is a nervous wreck as he takes to the stand. He has previously pleaded not guilty to causing death by dangerous driving, but believes the chances of him escaping a prison sentence currently lie somewhere between slim and non-existent.
