In search of justice...
One unrelenting mother’s mission to find her missing daughter turns into a hunt for a serial killer in Netflix’s haunting new true-crime drama, Lost Girls.

Based on Robert Kolker’s nonfiction bestseller, the gripping story follows Mari Gilbert (Oscar-nominated Amy Ryan), who reports her eldest-of-three daughters, 24-year-old sex worker Shannan, missing when she fails to show up for a family dinner in 2010.

Detectives soon learn that Shannan made a panicked 911 call while running from a client’s house in a gated community on New York’s Long Island the night she went missing. The call lasted more than 20 minutes, but when officers arrived at the property – an hour later – she was gone.
