Brace yourselves to enter a spooktacular world of dark conspiracies and parallel universes in Amazon Prime Video’s new comedy horror series Truth Seekers.

Written by and starring frequent collaborators and best mates Simon Pegg and Nick Frost, whose previous joint credits include C4 sitcom Spaced and comedy films Shaun of the Dead (2004) and Hot Fuzz (2007), the eight-part saga follows a team of part-time paranormal investigators who use homemade gizmos to seek out supernatural goings-on.

Nick plays Gus, an internet installation engineer whose true passion is hunting ghosts with the help of his new assistant Elton (Famalam’s Samson Kayo).

The pair also befriend Astrid (Wanderlust’s Emma D’Arcy), a young woman who asks them for help after being chased by ghosts. But as they stake out haunted churches and abandoned hospitals, they begin to uncover a conspiracy that could bring about Armageddon for the entire human race. Eek!
