BATTLE FOR BRITNEY'S BOYS

A FATHER who stripped her of her freedom and made her a prisoner of her own life. A mother who lied to her while pretending to be the perfect parent. A sister who wrote a tell-all book during her conservatorship battle.

And at the centre of it all, a singer who loves baring it all on social media. It's no secret Britney Spears' family is steeped in dysfunction - and now her relationship with her sons is under the spotlight.

In a bombshell interview, her ex-husband Kevin Federline revealed their kids, Sean Preston (16) and Jayden (15), haven't seen their mom for months because they're too embarrassed by the steamy selfies she posts online. After Britney (40) called him a liar, Kevin (44) released shocking videos of her arguing with their sons. In the footage, which was taken by the boys around four years ago, the singer asks Sean if he's "lost his f**king mind" as the two discuss her decision to take away his cellphone as punishment for not wearing shoes outside.

In another video she can be heard reprimanding them after they refused to apply lotion to their "coarse" faces. "You all better start respecting me," Britney says in the clip. "You all need to start treating me like a woman with worth. I'm a woman, okay? Be nice to me, do you understand?"

The videos have since been removed, but the Britney Army, as the singer's fans are known, has blasted Kevin for mom-shaming her. Some say he's on a PR blitz for a book to expose details about her life because the gravy train will soon end now her conservatorship has been lifted.

Kevin recently supported Britney's dad, Jamie (70), being her conservator, despite taking out a restraining order against him in 2019. "When Jamie took over the conservatorship, things got into order. He saved her life," Kevin says.
