It’s hard to believe that this is Gosling’s first-ever brand partnership, considering the household name he is and the career he has carved out for himself, not only in Hollywood, but in the world at large. Perhaps, it just shows that the 40-year-old actor chooses his projects wisely. He says, “TAG Heuer has quietly and consistently been a classic and iconic pillar of excellence in its field for over 160 years. Partnering with them was an easy decision and time, in general, is just something I think a lot about now. My kids are growing up fast so I keep an eye on the clock in a way I never used to.”
His dedication to this partnership also extends to the campaign shoot itself, personally handpicking award-winning photographer Pari Dukovic and getting involved in the creative process. He conceptualised the vibrant visuals himself, inspired by his own desire to create a campaign unlike any other.
