HOW IT WORKS
This healthy eating plan for a flat tum has enough kilojoule-leeway to let you enjoy a glass of wine every day if you want to! Meals are designed to manage hunger by keeping your blood sugar and insulin levels under control, says nutritionist Angela Dowden. Plenty of fibre will also help prevent bloating and stops your digestive system from becoming sluggish. potassium-rich fruit and veg help counteract the fluid retaining effects of salt that can add centimetres to your waist.
WHAT TO DO
1. Choose one healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.
2. You’re also allowed 1 x 150ml glass of wine a day (see our clever drinking guide for more information).
3. if you’re still hungry, snack on berries, or vegetable crudités with salsa.
