That is the time when she has forgotten that SHE exists. And SHE is an individual soul – who came into this world without any bondage. The NANYOGINI 2017 session held by the Mohali based Yogasth Foundation, exclusively for the ladies of the PCC (PCA Stadium) was an attempt to remind us women who we truly are – and that our first duty is towards ourselves – and then the world will follow.

The 2 hour power packed session was conducted by Dr.Deepesh Gautam, founder of Yogasth Foundation and a trained master from the prestigious Bihar School of Yoga, Munger.

32 women sat riveted to their seats as a powerful talk about harnessing your inner strength was delivered. The power session was interspersed with breath exercises & kriyas to lend an experiential dimension to the workshop. It was a new experience for the PCA Stadium that has long been witness to History being created and Victories being celebrated. Only this, was a victory of another kind. This was about victory over no outside rival. This was about victory over our inner sense of guilt and self-worthlessness. This was victory over whatever we have learnt and have thought to be true. This was victory over our own thinking. Perhaps the biggest battle of all...conquers our inner demons.
