Kim Jones unveiled the first Beachwear Capsule he designed for Dior Men this season. To bring the collection to life, he enlisted the help of Parley for the Oceans, an environmental organisation and global collaborative network fighting to save the world’s oceans. The result is a range of environmentally conscious pieces made from Parley Ocean Plastic, a material upcycled from marine plastic debris and discarded fishing gear recovered from coastlines across the globe. The Dior ateliers have reworked the fibre into luxurious jacquards, mesh knits and technical canvas used for breezy summer staples in cool blues and warm ochres.

PRINTS CHARMING

Proving that opposites really do attract, Marni has teamed up with UNIQLO on a capsule collection that effortlessly blends the Italian label’s playful eclecticism with the Japanese giant’s pared-down take on essentials. The latter’s LifeWear staples make for the perfect blank canvas on which Francesco Risso, Creative Director of Marni, has put his bold stamp.
