A child’s development is crucial especially at the early stages. Nature, as well as nurture, combine to shape the future of a young mind. That is why basic education lays out different subjects and from there the child chooses which one ignites their spirit the most. For Kyra Buenviaje, arts and crafts were her main catalyst in entering the world of fashion. “Me and my siblings did a lot of arts and crafts and I drew a lot. I really couldn’t stop sketching! I would fill page after page of sketchbooks, doodle dresses in class, sketch on any piece of paper I could,” she shares.
