What do you love about your body?
Everything! My body is an extension of who I am. I have never seen it as something negative. I believe that when most people look in the mirror, they see something they would like to tweak a bit about themselves. Most of these things are usually imaginary, its all in one's mind.
What have you struggled with in relation to your body?
As a petite 23-year-old, finding clothes that can fit me in the adult section is often a struggle.
What has helped you feel comfortable in your own skin?
I grew up with my parents constantly affirming that I am a beautiful person, both inside and out. They still do. This constant affirmation from the people I trust and love, helps me feel comfortable in my skin.
What does body positivity mean to you?
Society has different ways in which it views and defines the various body types. Body positivity is realizing that whichever body shape you have, it's unique. If everyone had the same body type, then people would just look the same and that would be boring.
