Multi-million Keroche Industries heiress and CEO of Nero Company, Anerlisa Muigai, has claimed her space, among her peers, in the competitive world of business. This is her storyto finding true happiness!
Anerlisa is open, and smiles often. Her desire to understand the people around her and broaden her networks shows during the TRUE LOVE shoot where she took a keen interest in knowing everyone on set.
For someone born of a wealthy, yet forthright businesswoman like Tabitha Karanja, it’s easy to see why her daughter, now a businesswoman in her own right, could have panned out this way. ‘My parents have never made us feel like we were entitled to anything. They always made us understand the value of everything and especially of hard work,’ explains Anerlisa.
‘By the way my real name is Hannah. When I was confirmed I got the name Lisa and I combined them to form Anerlisa. I don’t know much about Hannah, I prefer Anerlisa,’ she reveals.
SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCE
With over 500k followers on Instagram, Anerlisa’s rise as a social media darling has grown exponentially in only two years. She believes it all started when she ‘posted a before and after picture of my weightloss journey.’ Before that, Anerlisa says that she never liked being in the limelight, in fact, if anything, it was the light that found her because as far as she is concerned, she was living her life only the best way she knew how, before all the followers, likes and tabloids came trolling on her social media pages.
Anerlisa says she quickly warmed up to social media and she explains that in fact, a relationship she once valued may have ended because she was asked to choose between social media and, well… him. ‘It was the best and longest relationship I’ve ever had, but at that time, I relied heavily on social media for my brand to get traction. It was where I was doing most of my businesses.’
