1. Having a Morning Routine

As basic as it might sound, having an organised morning routine, preferably an early morning routine, can do wonders for your personal as well as professional life. A good morning routine ensures that one is filled with confidence, peace and positive attitude. As we start each day fresh, we can better focus on what is in front of us, prioritise our time, and, ultimately, increase our productivity.

• Avoid an alarm (if there's no class or urgent meeting)

• Don't use your phone first thing in morning

• Make your bed

• Workout or go for a run

• Plan your day
