HOW YOU REALLY level up the texture of your ribs? A dry rub, which helps them take on a "bark"-aka that coveted crispy outer layer on slow-cooked barbecued meats. It also adds a depth of flavor that you can't get from using just BBQ sauce. Ours is only five ingredients: spices you probably already have in your pantry, plus lots of brown sugar-essential for any fatty piece of meat.
