YOU will probably have sown most of this year’s summer annuals already, but it isn’t too late to sow direct some late-bloomers such as coreopsis, night-scented stocks (these will stay gorgeous right up the first frosts) and some cheerful limnanthes, or poached egg plant that will naturalise and spread.
