When grilling weather arrives, we look forward to smoky steaks or tender salmon.

But grilling is a great way to get vegetables on the table, too. High heat caramelizes their natural sugars, yielding flavorful results – often with little prep or cleanup. Another bonus? We eat more nutrient-rich veggies.
