2½ cups spelt flour

3 tbsp organic cane sugar

¾ tsp baking powder

½ tsp sea salt

½ cup cold organic unsalted butter, cubed

1/3 cup cold water

FILLING

1/3 cup organic cane sugar

1/3 cup stirred tahini
