Neil Nitin Mukesh as serious about his fitness regime as the characters he portrays in the films. He agrees to spill the beans about it.
​With his chiselled looks and well-toned physique, actor Neil Nitin Mukesh has been appearing in films from a varied genres ever since his much-acclaimed debut in Sriram Raghavan’s 2007 thriller Johnny Gaddaar. 12 years later, he still qualifies as one of the finest actor in Bollywood. He is equally talked about for his physique. Neil is aware of the importance of a workout and knows it is tough to gain muscles without breaking sweat but recommends keeping it fun and not overdoing it.
In a conversation with Diabetic Living India, Neil, who is currently working on a film, Bypass Road (which marks the directorial debut of his younger brother Naman Nitin Mukesh), emphasises the importance of connecting body, mind and spirit by using different techniques to reach ones fitness goals and improving overall health.
