It seems like both of you have let infidelity come into your married life. The best way to clear things out is stopping to assume and starting to have a conversation with your partner to see if she’s looking for something else. Try to find out the reason why she does not wants to have sex and listen patiently to her. If there’s anything related to hormonal changes that are causing mood swings then take her to a gynaecologist to seek a solution to medical problems. This might even require some tests to get done if there emerges any problem. Make sure you stay with her in case of any complications as hormonal changes affect sexual relationships. On an emotional level, try to understand her viewpoint and comfort her so she can easily discuss married life problems with you.
