Single-Arm Overhead Kettlebell Squat

To start: Hold a kettlebell in one hand, in the top corner, with an overhand grip (palm facing you). Stand upright with your feet positioned hip-width apart. Clean the kettlebell up to your shoulder, rotating your wrist as you do so. Press and extend your arm to get the kettlebell into the overhead position. You are now ready to start the exercise.

Kettlebell: Keep the kettlebell locked out in position above your head throughout the movement.
