Courtyard by Marriott, Chennai recently got a makeover. The property has been renovated with 126 rooms. Centrally located in Chennai, it is situated on one of its arterial roads, Anna Salai with close proximity to the American and British consulates. With the metro work nearing completion, the hotel expects it as an added advantage for its travellers and guests as the station is just an arm’s length away. The big market of Chennai, T. Nagar, is close by which is the city’s major shopping hub for textile and jewellery. It’s a perfect location for business and leisure travellers.

The property is sold out to corporates through the week and sees more leisure travellers over the weekend, though the hotel is home for all types of guests.

“We are now offering better experience and luxury to try out. The hotel is revamped keeping in mind the new gen travellers too,” says Stephen.

The newly renovated rooms, spacious accommodation and superb amenities are a part of Courtyard by Marriott, Chennai. Deluxe, Executive Deluxe, Executive Premium are the various room categories. The executive rooms give access to the executive lounge situated on 10th floor. Presidential suites as well as 3 and 4 bedroom apartments are also available for long stay guests who visit for a year or more on work assignments. These come equipped with kitchenette and launderette and ease the life of the guests with F&B and housekeeping options, thereby giving them a home away from home option.
