3. Healthy diet is very important to keep your heart healthy. It is very important to avoid food high in calories, sugar, potato, oil, cheese etc. and unhealthy junk foods. Those with diabetes should completely avoid sugars and sweets.
4. It is necessary to drink a lot of water. On an average you should drink 2.5 to 5 litres of water daily to keep yourself hydrated. Fruit juices (without added sugar) and coconut water are also good options.
