The Yoga Institute collaborated with Doordarshan to produce 50 episodes on different aspects of yoga. These have been well appreciated.
Yoga is not only Asanas. It includes Ahara, Vihara, Achara and Vichara (food, recreation, conduct and thinking) to make life healthy and strong.
A busy executive does not always have to take out much time for yoga practices. They can be easily incorporated in one’s daily routine.
1. It is suggested that if one daily looks at the hands early in the morning, it helps to increase one’s self-confidence as one does much in life with one’s hands.
2. Drinking a glass of warm water in the morning helps a great deal in the evacuation of the bowels.
3. Watch the breathing; it increases energy levels.
4.Kapalabhati also helps. Try to take quick breaths in and out, rhythmically, in quick succession. Approximately for 30 seconds.
