The human body and the human mind have been understood so well that certain systems were developed in our country. Instead of breaking them, we should understand them and put them into practice. For example, the emphasis on taking a bath daily is not there anywhere else in the world to this extent. Similarly, certain ingredients must be there in the kitchen - salt, Haldi (turmeric) powder, Dhanyia (coriander) powder, Rai (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Methi (fenugreek seeds), Hing (asafoetida). There is a purpose behind having these items in the kitchen.
