We will think a little about aches and pains. No doubt this is a very ordinary thing according to us. We don’t give it too much importance and that is where the problem lies. Unless the ache and pain is in the heart and one is immobilized or it is causing vomiting of blood in ulcers, we generally push it away, don’t attend to it, delay, try to find some quick remedies, and the whole thing sets into the system. Nature always gives warnings years back, not just a day or two earlier, but we are not clever enough to detect and to act on it. We just brush it aside. With some organs, we can carry on. But that does not mean that the bad effect has not started. Sometimes, when it finally is attended to, it is too late.
