HOW TO MAKE AN ADVENT CALENDAR

MATERIALS

Two A3 sheets of white card (we used Quality White Arco 224gsm) QColoured sections from pages 84-85 or:

One A4 sheet of Colorplan 135gsm in Cobalt, Powder Green, Stone, Harvest, Scarlet, and Forest

One A4 sheet of Keaykolour 120gsm in Old Rose and Matcha Tea

One A4 sheet of Sirio 120gsm in Nude

Scalpel

Cutting mat

Glue stick

Metal ruler

Embossing tool

After last year’s strange festive period, we are really embracing the possibility of being around loved ones this year. Making memories and spending time together are our top priorities and Sarah’s countdown calendar is helping us do just that.

With sweet gestures and illustrations behind each door, you can spread a little Christmas cheer this December. It's a nice, easy make that's a lovely alternative to chocolate calendars. If you’re struggling to find an embossing tool, a butter knife works well.

01 Working on a cutting mat, use a scalpel to cut out all plain and patterned sections from the templates on pages 86-87 (or from your choice of patterned and plain paper).
