I'm originally from Essex, then moved to the West Country as a teenager. In fact, I started my career as a 16-year-old gardening apprentice with the North Devon Parks Department. I now live in a village in Lincolnshire, not far from the Fens. In 2017, I set up The Adam Frost Garden School at my home, where I host workshops, so a lot of time is spent happily in my garden.

If I wasn't in my garden, a perfect day would be out with my family and dogs on the coast. I used to live near the North Devon coast, on the edge of Exmoor National Park - it was all about fresh air, glorious views and being close to nature. I'm inspired by the countryside and try to find time to slow down now and then, to observe details and connect with the landscape. It helps me see the world in a different light.
