SLEEK SHAPES, MIXED MATERIALS AND SIZES FOR ALL SPACES – THESE BATHING BEAUTIES ARE MADE FOR INDULGENT SOAKS. JUST ADD BUBBLES…
Lie back in a LUXURY BATH

ROOM FOR TWO

If space allows, an oversized tub is the ultimate centrepiece. Double ended and almost two metres long, this French-inspired design offers an indulgent soak. ‘The beautiful silver finish is achieved by polishing raw cast iron,’ says Rita Rendo-Castro at Catchpole & Rye. ‘It can take up to a week for our skilled craftsmen to polish and buff the surface to a sheen.’

SENSE OF DRAMA

‘We’re seeing an increase in demand for luxurious freestanding baths in bold and dramatic shades’, says Faye Froy, marketing manager at Burlington Bathrooms. ‘We’ve tapped into the trend with our new Jet collection. Emulating the high polish and deep black of Whitby jet stone, this doubleended design is guaranteed to add opulence to any bathroom’. Opt for high-shine chromeware for a striking contrast.

HOTEL LUXE

The lines between bathroom and bedroom are becoming increasingly blurred, with open-plan suites a popular choice. ‘Nothing oozes opulence like a relaxing soak at the foot of your bed,’ says Lee Forest, managing director at Waters Baths of Ashbourne. ‘Comfort should be at the top of your wish list, so look for designs with sleek and sloping “hug-like” curves and choose a finish that’s tactile to the touch.’
