Although various attempts to&nbsp;revitalise&nbsp;their appeal had been tried, attendance continued to decline, leaving exhibiting nurseries out of pocket, bearing the high expense and logistical problems of&nbsp;staging&nbsp;in central London.The move will see one new event remain at the Society&rsquo;s&nbsp;Lindley&nbsp;and Lawrence Halls in Westminster in 2019. April will see the unveiling of the London Spring Launch Show, also to include the longstanding&nbsp;RHS&nbsp;Orchid Show.Two events &ndash; the Early Spring Show and the Autumn Show &ndash; are moving to&nbsp;RHS&nbsp;garden&nbsp;Hyde Hall, Essex, which recently opened new visitor facilities and a major new vegetable garden. But this may be temporary as in 2020, once a new events building opens at&nbsp;Wisley, the&nbsp;RHS&nbsp;says it may move one or more of the shows there. Both shows will be free to&nbsp;RHS&nbsp;members, with non-member show visitors paying the standard entrance fee to each garden.Although the&nbsp;RHS&nbsp;is keen to retain the Botanical Art Show, the event has yet to be given a venue. The lifestyle-infused Urban Show, launched in November 2016 and aimed at a younger audience, is being terminated, with elements appearing at other shows.&ldquo;After careful consideration, we have decided to move the majority of these shows to our&nbsp;RHS&nbsp;gardens, where they will attract a larger audience, inspiring more people to grow and enabling our great British nurseries to flourish,&rdquo; said&nbsp;RHS&nbsp;director general Sue Biggs.
