Molly and Vicky were excited to swap their one-bed flat for a generously sized, three-bedroom house in Bristol. ‘We’d outgrown our old place and were desperate for more space and a bigger garden,’ explains Molly. ‘We took advantage of the government’s 2020 equity loan scheme to help us with the deposit. The only catch was it had to be a new-build property!’
COME ON IN...
WE ARE Molly (right), 27, a social worker, my wife, Vicky Rea-Seddon, 37, a social care practitioner, our dog, Mollie, a sprocker spaniel, and our cat, Barbra.
OUR HOME IS A three-bedroom new-build in Bristol. We’ve lived here since March 2020, and share our décor progress on Instagram @incheerior.
OUR BEST BUY The Habitat mirror in the kitchen, which was just £60 from eBay.

WE’RE MOST PROUD OF The panelling in the bedroom and the overall look and colours of the room.
