Ermenegildo Zegna has made a suit that you can toss into the washing machine

Yes, It's Washable

I’M ON A FIRST-NAME BASIS with my dry cleaner. I visit her so often that she’s allowed me to pay my bills at the end of each month rather than at every visit. Naturally, she’s also asked me why I wear so many suits and my answer was that I enjoy wearing them, even if it means forking out over a few hundred dollars a month to keep them clean.

So, when Ermenegildo Zegna announced its latest innovation – a Techmerino suit that can be laundered in your washing machine at home – I was intrigued and excited.

Zegna’s Mastery of Fabrics

While many recognise Ermenegildo Zegna as a master of suiting, few are aware that the brand is also one of the world’s largest producers of fine fabrics by volume.
