When I first heard about this new, fun workout sensation in C-town called Playmore Life, I was dying to find out more. These group sessions are not your ordinary workouts, instead, you’ll be bouncing up and down on a trampoline! Over the span of one month, the team and I tried out this new form of exercise and with the help of founders Gayathri Gopal and Shamitha Hettige, rediscovered a new love for fitness. What with Christmas and New Year around the corner, getting into shape to slip into that cute bodycon is literally #goals!
WHAT IS PLAYMORE LIFE?
Their goal is bringing fun to fitness. They create and deliver customised trampoline-based group workouts to killer beats that are fresh, fun and oh-so effective. When you hear ‘em Backstreet Boys tracks, you can’t help but have a blast while working out!
