Highlights include the fresh and creamy Momotaro tomato and burrata salad ($26) drizzled with XO sauce; grilled Freemantle octopus ($32) with Taiwanese glaze and green chilli-coriander coulis; and well-portioned sharing plates like the 300g cast iron-roasted Tuwinga Black Angus beef ribeye ($78), served with salted Kampot peppercorns, grilled pineapple and a refreshing mint-basil salad to cut through the richness. Yum!
Wash it all down with a handcrafted cocktail from the Restaurant Signatures ($25) menu, created to pair perfectly with the modern Asian fare on offer. Try the Border Crossing #2, a Nyonya-inspired tippled that fuses rum, coconut, cucumber, pineapple sambal and sesame. As the night kicks in, take in the city light views with a refreshing drink or two from the SkyBar Signatures ($25) menu; a sexy pick is Yuzito, a yuzuinfused mojito with Tanqueray London Dry Gin, melon, yuzu, mint and bitters.
